1 Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if:

• The product delivered is damaged during transit.
• A wrong product has been delivered by us.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product received is significantly different from the confirmed order.

2 Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse.
• Products that have been used, opened, altered, or partially consumed.
• Custom-made, printed, OEM, or specially manufactured products.
• Orders placed according to customer-specific specifications.
• Minor variations in colour, appearance, dimensions, or packaging that do not affect product performance.

3 Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by DG TAPES INDUSTRY.

Approval or rejection of a return request shall be at our sole discretion based on the information provided.

4 Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
• If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the customer's nominated bank account.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

5 Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may choose to replace the product instead of issuing a refund.

Replacement will depend upon product availability and verification of the claim.

6 Cancellation of Orders

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
• Customised, printed, bulk production, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.

7 Inspection on Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase value, as determined by DG TAPES INDUSTRY.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our products.
