1 Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (where applicable) or order confirmation by our sales team.

6 Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Transport strikes
• Government restrictions
• Courier or logistics delays
• Unexpected production issues

7 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Correct delivery address
• Accurate contact details
• GST details (where applicable)
• Any special delivery instructions before dispatch

Additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information may be borne by the customer.

8 Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please inform the delivery personnel (where possible) and notify DG TAPES INDUSTRY within 48 hours with photographs or videos.

9 Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of loss generally pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to the customer's nominated transporter, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
